2011 Season
Dear Community Leaders:
It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the beginning of the nineteenth season for the Putnam County Children's Theatre. The PCCT has developed into an organization that the participants, parents and Putnam County Community can be very proud of, and we owe a great deal of our success to supporters like you.
Each year, the PCCT strives to provide an experience in the Arts to students in grades four through twelve. The number of student actors in the past has numbered in the hundreds with new participants each year. This year we will provide the community with the production God Bless America! We are encouraged to know that the parents and area youth find the PCCT to be an important part of their summer plans.
The Board of Trustees and youth members would like to invite you to help support the Putnam County Children’s Theatre. Since we are a non-profit organization, we must rely on the generous funding from sponsors such as you. We maintain a committee to ensure that the funds that you are entrusting to us are used only for the production and support of the Children’s Theatre program. Without the financial support of the community we would not be able to provide a large, unique group of county students an experience that will help to develop self-esteem, character and leadership ability. Thank-you for helping to enable another 60+ youth to encounter a summer full of learning.
As in the past, we wish for you to be our guest at this summer’s performance of God Bless America!., Wednesday, June 28, 29 or 30. Along with your contribution we will reserve seats for you and your guests at any of the above performances. Donations may be made payable to Putnam County Children’s Theatre, PO Box 168, Ottawa, OH 45875. Our federal ID# is available upon request for donations.
